Member-experience obsessed, the community teams were driven by improving productivity and efficiency for people in the space. We were in pursuit of making it the best working environment possible. Following suit with the elegant offices, I created marketing materials to beautify the space or create events of connection. Per the request of our Area Director, I produced corporate slide decks for full use by the Pacific Northwest Market Leadership meetings, given the intent of creating a cohesive, clean template and strong company branding throughout. I also intermittently re-arranged interiors in our work spaces for better functionality and aesthetic (check out that colour-coordinated giant bookcase, my pride and joy).
